Who is Ellie Prince?
If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably wondering who I am, what I do, and whether I’m the right photographer for you. So here’s the honest version.
I’m Ellie Prince, and I’m a photographer who’s been doing this for over 16 years. I’m multi award winning, I’ve been internationally published, and I’ve photographed all sorts over the years. But the bit I’m most proud of isn’t the titles or the badges.
It’s the moment someone who swore they were “awkward on camera” looks at their images and goes, “Oh… that’s actually me.”
How I got here?
Photography has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been drawn to people and stories, and I’ve always loved that photography can freeze a feeling, not just a face.
Over time, I realised something really important. Most people don’t need a photographer who can just take a technically good photo. They need someone who can make them feel safe, guided, and confident enough to actually show up.That’s where my work changed.
My approach is about confidence, not just photos
I’m not the photographer who expects you to arrive feeling confident and knowing what to do with your hands. Honestly, try not to worry about it. Most of my lovely people are nervous at first.
I’m trained in NLP, life coaching, and counselling skills, and I bring that into every session in a really down to earth way. That means I’m paying attention to how you’re feeling, not just how you’re looking.
I’ll guide you step by step, I’ll give you direction that feels natural, and I’ll keep things calm and supportive. NO STRESS. I’VE GOT YOU. 💪🤞
What I photograph
I shoot a mix of portrait and branding photography, and I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives who want images that feel like them.
My branding sessions are a creative collaboration. We plan it properly, we talk through what you want your images to say, and we create photos that look bold, natural, and full of personality. No stiff, corporate vibes here.
I also photograph a wide range of other sessions too, including headshots, corporate teams, events, pets and equine, families, sports, and more. If you’ve got an idea, tell me. I’m always up for something creative 🥳
