Before your session, we’ll chat about your horse, the kind of images you’d love and the best location for the shoot. This helps me plan a session that feels right for both of you and gives us the best chance of creating images you’ll really treasure.During the shoot, I keep things flexible and low-pressure. There’s time for your horse to settle, time for breaks if needed and plenty of patience throughout. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable while creating beautiful images that feel authentic and full of connection.

Can Owners Be Included in the Photos?

Yes, absolutely. If you’d like photographs with your horse, we can include those as part of the session. Some of the most meaningful equine images are the ones that capture the relationship between horse and owner, so I’m always happy to include both individual portraits and photos of you together.

That’s completely fine. I work patiently and adapt the session around your horse, allowing time for them to settle and capturing natural moments as they happen.

Sessions are usually held on location in a place that feels comfortable and familiar for your horse, such as your yard or another suitable outdoor setting.

How long does it take to receive my images?

Travel for shoots within 50 miles of ST1 are included in all packages, additional travel will be charged at 50p per mile.

Can I use the images anywhere I want?

Yes. Clients receive full copyright and unrestricted usage of their images, so you can use them as you wish.
